SEAtS App Quick Fixes

 

If you are having issues with the app then please follow the steps below. Your lecturer can manually check you if required till the issue is resolved.


  1. Ensure that you have matriculated for the current academic year. 

  2. Check your device is connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or Mobile data). 

  3. Ensure the app has permission to use your camera in your 
    phone's settings. This is important for QR code check-in for classes.

  4. Check the app store to ensure you're using the latest version of 
    SEAtS.

  5. Verify you're using the latest version of iOS or Android
